FAQ's

1. Are you accepting new clients?

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept new clients as we are at maximum capacity for the number of patients that we can see. We are actively recruiting to hire another veterinarian so that we can take on more patients, however, our industry is faced with a shortage of veterinary professionals at this time.

For our current clients, we will continue to accept any of your new pets as our patients.

We will also see new clients’ pets as new patients for spays and neuters only. Any routine medical care, unrelated to the surgery that we perform, will have to be seen at another clinic.

Please call with any questions.

2. What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, debit, VISA, and Master Card.

3. Where are you located?

We are located just North of Stonewall, on Highway 7 & road 79N.

We are on the West side of the highway, first driveway on the Left – 8155E

4. Do you provide after-hours emergency services?

We provide emergency services for large animals (cattle, horses, etc.) 24/7 – 365 days a year.

For current clients only, we will provide after-hours services for small animals (dogs and cats) until 9 pm on Monday – Saturdays, subject to availability. These services are not provided on Sundays or Holidays.

Please note: Dr. Neil Versavel is our only on-call veterinarian. Emergency services are subject to his availability. As large animal Emergencies take priority, you may be referred to one of the Emergency clinics in Winnipeg for small animal care.
